The writer of this site is a Coalminers wife in Southern Illinois. She has experienced seeing some of the most fabulous and interesting finds that have been brought out of the mine by her husband. Her husband has been a coalminer since he was a young man. It is a very hard and dangerous job. Her articles are written with a first hand knowledge of the coal mine and research done on the Pyrite Suns while trying to find all aspects of where they came from, myths, legends and theories that have evolved and have been circulated.
